Human parasites, worms, fungus Infomation

Human Parasites are everywhere!

Is overeating caused by parasites?
Most of the attention is diverted toward diets, slimming pills and supplements, and exercise. Most of us don't think about nutrition. What are we feeding ourselves, and where are our nutrients going? How much of the weight you carry is actually bacteria, yeast, fungus, or even parasites?

Most of us are probably carrying some kind of parasite at this very moment, so it is nothing to be ashamed of. And they can be effectively cleansed from the body, so don't despair. Scientists believe 85% of the population of North America has some form of parasite; the figure could actually be higher. Parasites are more common in humans than you would think.

What is Mebendazol

Mebendazol is a prescription medication used to treat intestinal worm infections such as hook worms, pinworm, round worm and tape worm.

How to Take Mebendazol

Mebendazol is taken by mouth and can be taken with or without food. It may be chewed or crushed, mixed and taken with food.

IN Panama: Take two tablets a day for three days. Wait 10 to 14 days and repeat treatment. And the thrid treatment is in another 10 days to 14 days with the amount being doubled. It costs about $10 a box and each box has 6 tablets.

IN CANADA: The Canadian manufacturer recommends that their product must be chewed. For treatment of pinworm infections, the medication is given as one single dose. If necessary, a second treatment may be recommended in a few weeks.

Mebendazol Side Effects

Mebendazol may cause stomach upset, loss of appetite, diarrhea, fever, headache, dizziness, drowsiness or rash. If these symptoms persist or become severe, inform your doctor. Very unlikely but report promptly: dark urine, yellowing of the eyes or skin. In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to Mebendazol, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Mebendazol Precautions

Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: liver disease, malnutrition, anemia, any allergies you may have. Mebendazol should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if Mebendazol is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Mebendazol Medication Interactions

Tell your doctor of all medicines you may use (both prescription and nonprescription), especially of: cimetidine, carbamazepine. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Mebendazol Overdose

If overdose of Mebendazol is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include stomach pain or discomfort lasting up to several hours.

Mebendazol Notes

Pinworm infections can easily spread to others. All family members in close contact with the patient should be treated to decrease the chance of spreading the infection. Practice strict hygiene to prevent another infection. Disinfect toilets daily. Change and launder undergarments, linens, towels and bedclothes daily.

Mebendazol Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Mebendazol low-dose Mebendazol and are taking 2 doses daily, space the missed and next dose 4 to 5 hours apart. Then continue on with your regular dosing schedule. If you are taking 8 doses daily, space the missed and next dose 1 and 1/2 hours apart. Then resume your usual dosing schedule. If you are taking high-dose Mebendazol and miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered unless it is almost time for the next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

Mebendazol Storage

Store Mebendazol at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. Do not store in the bathroom where it is moist.
